GENERAL
I have the right to decline the commission
This is a digital commission. No physical product will be recieved.
Do not use my work for AI/Mechine learning!
PAYMENTS
All payments will be through AnC.
Clients confirm that client will not issue chargebacks and refunds after the work have started.
REVISIONS
Clients have acknowledge the amount of revision they will get (written on the detail of the product)
Additional fee will be applied if theres is more revision than stated on the product detail.
If it was my mistake, there will be no extra charges.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Clients acknoledge the ammount of time i will need to finnish the work as stated in each product’s detail.
The completion time will be varies depending on my availability and the complexity/difficulty of the piece, please see my trello for current commission work I take.
If there is any delays, the Artist will inform the Client.
Additional fee can be charged if the client wants the artist to deliver their commission faster.
Final products can be provided via AnC or email.
USE
The Artist retain the copyright of the commission.
Artist reserve the right to not have their work sold or distributed on NFT(s) or any AI or machine learning.
The Artist retains the right to upload, display, add to my portfolio and print the work as long as there is no outright additional profit for the artist.
Or the client may request for the artist not to upload the work, additional fees will be applied.
The Artist dont have the right to gain outright additional profit from commission work. (Example: Selling work as my own merchandise)
Client may use the commission as what it was intended to and agreed in the form. (Non-Commercial/commercial use)
Client must not edit, modify nor trace the commission in anyway without permission.

Personal usage: Profile picture, SNS Posts, Printing for personal use, gift for a friend.Advertising usage: stream profile picture, stream overlays, emotes, stream notification, Live2D model, reactive PNGs, etc. Applies to any work use in the intent to monetize or advertise goods & services. This includes for the advertisement of streams and content useCommercial: Music album cover, using it on any part of a product(s), use in merchandising for your product/services. (Gaining outright profit using the artwork)
REFUNDS
Clients are unable to request refund in any circumstances if the artist have start the commission in any stages.
COMMUNICATION
All status of commission will be on my Trello.
