If your job is described mostly through text descriptions, this is at your own discretion. I will most likely forget a lot of content while painting if I don't have an image to look at.
Major adjustments can only made during the sketch phase or rough painting stage (e.g: I won't add wings to your character if I've refined a picture, or I will not change the clothing)
If I have included a background subject that you did not pay for, but is there for context of the pose, please don't expect that it will be rendered to the same standard as the main subject. The slots are not focused on background information.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, I will assume you are okay with me posting commissioned art on my social media sites (Deviantart, Artstation, etc). If you see your artwork posted and you would like it removed, please contact me through either this site or Artists&Clients
I do not accept refunds if I have finished or almost finished a picture. You are paying me for the time I put into the drawing which could be up to 12 hours, so if you are unhappy with something please tell me ASAP so I can fix it for you.
My prices are per character, so there is no discount when adding extra subjects. Gradient backgrounds are included for free, but if you would like one that is fully rendered please ask me for a quote.

I wish I had an option to put 'Out Of This World Positive' or 'Uber'. This review will have to do. To start off with, the artist was very patient and willing to work with throughout the whole process. Very friendly and thoughtful to what I wanted and how I wanted it. Second off, the price for this quality of artwork is astounding. Third off, the end product blew me away. The artist brought my character to life in another way I couldn't and I'm astounded still. Highly highly recommend!

octaioa was not only my first commission on this site, but my first commission period—and genuinely, i could not have asked for a better artist or experience. octaioa was incredibly kind, professional, receptive, and patient with my requests and (very obvious) cluelessness throughout the whole process, unbelievably supportive and understanding. communication was never an issue; he checked in frequently and promptly, whether to deliver wips or let me know when to expect the next update, and was consistently true to his word when it came to his personal deadlines for the piece. the work, of course, was fantastic. you will not find a better artist, and sure as hell not for the price or quality of experience. will definitely commission him again as soon as i can, and COULD NOT POSSIBLY recommend him highly enough. to anyone seeking an artist: pick octaioa. you will not be disappointed.

I wish I had an option to put 'Out Of This World Positive' or 'Uber'. This review will have to do. To start off with, the artist was very patient and willing to work with throughout the whole process. Very friendly and thoughtful to what I wanted and how I wanted it. Second off, the price for this quality of artwork is astounding. Third off, the end product blew me away. The artist brought my character to life in another way I couldn't and I'm astounded still. Highly highly recommend!

octaioa was not only my first commission on this site, but my first commission period—and genuinely, i could not have asked for a better artist or experience. octaioa was incredibly kind, professional, receptive, and patient with my requests and (very obvious) cluelessness throughout the whole process, unbelievably supportive and understanding. communication was never an issue; he checked in frequently and promptly, whether to deliver wips or let me know when to expect the next update, and was consistently true to his word when it came to his personal deadlines for the piece. the work, of course, was fantastic. you will not find a better artist, and sure as hell not for the price or quality of experience. will definitely commission him again as soon as i can, and COULD NOT POSSIBLY recommend him highly enough. to anyone seeking an artist: pick octaioa. you will not be disappointed.
