GENERAL TERMS

Posting – Clients can set conditions if commissions can be posted publicly by the artist or kept secret.
Process – The work timeline will differ depending on the artist's circumstances (health, commission order, complexity, work, school or family matters) which will be communicated to the client.
Deadlines – Setting specific deadlines is possible but should be discussed first. Timeout changes can only be made twice. Otherwise, there is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork. However, the estimated time to finish will be notified.

COPYRIGHT & USE POLICY

The artist holds the rights to the resulting image, not the client. Therefore, the following are the rights of the artist;
Promote themselves with artwork on any platform
Present artwork as a sample or part of a portfolio to other individuals or groups
Publish physically for non-commercial purposes only.

Artists are allowed to convert artwork or designs into profitable merchandise that will benefit personally or to other individuals or groups who are NOT clients.

Clients are allowed to;
Use artwork as a design for a physical item; such as paper-based works, merchandise, clothing or tattoos only for themselves But cannot be used as goods for commercial sale.
