ORDERS: Purchasing a custom product (product that is made to order based on customer specifications) from us constitutes an agreement to pay, in full, for services rendered, and is not contingent on any factors (including, but not limited to, delivery date promises, estimates, or customer expectations of quality) except proof of services rendered, which shall be evidenced by a picture of the services rendered. Cancellations are permitted before labor or services have begun, or at our sole discretion once labor or services have begun. Returns for refunds are allowed as governed by our Return Policy.
SHIPPING: Product title passes to you when the Product is shipped. You have 21 days to notify Indestructible-art.com, by contact form found here, of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase or Indestructible-art.com cannot be held responsible for these issues. Unless you provide Indestructible-art.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Indestructible-art.com is not responsible for shipping failures due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failure to receive or accept deliveries, or failure to receive deliveries due to other factors under the customer's control including, but not limited to, failure to pay taxes or tariffs required to receive the delivery.
