It took about a week for them to finish my commission, they were very nice to let me know that they had a previous project they were working on. All in all, good communication. They didn't ask if I wanted any edits done, just simply gave me the watermark copy until I paid then gave me the HD. If they would've asked if I wanted any edits done before saying they were complete I would've given them 5 stars. Other than that, wonderful artist!
