I:GENERAL TERMS:

You are VERY welcome to send your doodle with notes. No matter you think it´s messy, it´ll help me a lot!

II: PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
If you cannot pay the full payment, we can make an arrangement in paying in parts depending on the price and if I approve of it.

III: PROCESS
During the process, I would occasionally send Work in Progress pictures and if there are any small changes and edits to be made.
*However big changes will come with extra charge.
Ex: outfit change, background change or what needs to be redrawn.

IV:CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
A good relationship with clients is always good business. However clients should make sure to send in clear description and references to make the work go smooth. During early process, small or minor edits is out of charge.
After a commission is done, Great changes will come with extra charge.

V.COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

The commissioner are allowed to:
*Use the copyrighted artwork for their own personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
*Print the art, when it consist of their Original Character(s), as long as you give credit to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement, you will be reported publicly and the drawing will be retracted.

The Commissioner should not:
*Print and reproducing the art, claim it, removing any watermarks/artist signatures and selling them commercially.
But only if the commission work is of the client´s Original character(s) and/or World universe (s).

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
As the artist, I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If the client violates the rights they will be reported publicly.
