Turn around time is good, artwork isn't bad. I had commissioned because I loved the quality of the lighting in the sample image for the commission slot- and made mention of lighting within my request.
After I was shown a WIP and asked if I wanted any changes, I asked if the character's face could be more accurate in shape to the references I provided (more rounded) and provided an additional example. The finished piece I received had the same face type, but was shown at a 3/4 angle instead of the forward facing one I was shown in the WIP. I also feel that my piece was far more sketchy and less polished than the sample.
Also- just noticed the listing mentions 2 revisions, I received one then the finished piece with a request to release payment.
All in all the piece itself is usable since my character has siblings and I'll just use it for one of them.
The artist was very quick in finishing the commission and did excellent work! They followed descriptions well, had no issues with some alterations and post-quote edits and delivered a great product!
