It really pains me not to give five stars, especially given that the finished product is stunning!
I’ve taken one star off simply because of the delays and long periods with no communication. It took over a month to see a sketch, and while unexpected things certainly do come up (and the artist was communicative about that after the fact) the delivery only just made it in time for my absolute OMG!PANIC deadline. All in all, it took 7 weeks. While I’m very happy with the final result, there are one or two little things I’d normally request a revision over, however I just don’t have the time to ask and wait for another delivery.
If you have a deadline, this might not be the artist for you, but if you have an open schedule then I do still HIGHLY recommend!! They are very talented and do clearly push themselves to deliver amazing results.

Turn around time is good, artwork isn't bad. I had commissioned because I loved the quality of the lighting in the sample image for the commission slot- and made mention of lighting within my request.
After I was shown a WIP and asked if I wanted any changes, I asked if the character's face could be more accurate in shape to the references I provided (more rounded) and provided an additional example. The finished piece I received had the same face type, but was shown at a 3/4 angle instead of the forward facing one I was shown in the WIP. I also feel that my piece was far more sketchy and less polished than the sample.
Also- just noticed the listing mentions 2 revisions, I received one then the finished piece with a request to release payment.
All in all the piece itself is usable since my character has siblings and I'll just use it for one of them.
