The schedule was a bit long, but this and other timing-related things were clearly stated in advance, and communication was constant and polite throughout the entire process. Updates were given at good progress points, and the artist was able to develop the final piece into exactly what I was going for, despite myself not being able to give very specific references other than the character. Overall a pleasant and satisfactory experience, one I wouldn't hesitate to have again.
