I - GENERAL TERMS
Please be kind and try to write in a clear manner.
I speak both english and spanish fluently so you can use either to communicate with me.
Any rude behaviour towards the artist will not be tolerated and I have the right to reject the commission.
II - PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid upfront.
The base price includes fees.
III - PROCESS
The estimated time for the commission to be completed will be given in advance, however if something unexpected happens during the process, you will be notified as soon as possible.
IV - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
After the commission is finished, I’ll give the client the chance to make minor changes such as coloring details free of charge. In case the comission has to be redrawn for some reason, it will be charged extra.
V - COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold the right to upload the comissions in order to promote myself and post it wherever I might see fit.
You will hold the right to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
You may use the art to promote themselves and their character(s) with proper credit given to the artist.
VI - CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
