Time of deliver: It's start running when the job is accepted, the price adjusted, the job paid and the refferences provided.
It may vary depending on the complexity of the illustration, the time of respond of the client, to have all the refferences (if the client doesn't provide details of what they want, it takes time for the artist to gather them); the complexity of the job and the weather (needing the computer to cool)

Kept regular updates of their progress and was informative of when there were delays due to technical difficulties and the such. Personally I felt Ebliss did an excellent job in bringing out the theme of which I had commissioned them for, i.e. horror. Overall this investment was worth it.
The artist will most likely respond to a request within the same day. This commission slot was rated positively by 9 clients thus far.
