Kept regular updates of their progress and was informative of when there were delays due to technical difficulties and the such. Personally I felt Ebliss did an excellent job in bringing out the theme of which I had commissioned them for, i.e. horror. Overall this investment was worth it.
The artist will most likely respond to a request within the same day. This commission slot was rated positively by 10 clients thus far.
