This type of commission can be used as smartphone wallpaper since its done using the dimensions that most of smartphones does have.
Default dimensions are 1080x1920
I'm specially better drawing buff guys ;) however, i will draw whatever you want.
Adding a complex background like in the sample shown will rise the price.
Turnaround is really variable and it depends on the complexity of your character.
