FAQ
1. Can I upload the commissioned artwork to an artsite?
Yes, you can but don't forget to cite the artist :). It is common courtesy. Be aware I might upload it as well (watermarked) to my galleries (art sites).
In case the site needs to remove one of our images, then yours first to go unless you bought the Commercial Use, which transfers the copyright usage to you.
2. Can I alter the commission even with Commercial Fee?
NOPE, Commercial Fee gives you a copyright -- right to copy the image for profit. You are PROHIBITED from altering (such as changing, removing, or adding detail, cropping, draw over) the artwork itself.
The artwork is still created by me.
3. I bought LineArt. Can I color it and publish it on my artsite?
NO, you cannot color / modify the Lineart I created through this gig.
BUT YOU CAN color / modify it if you pay the [Commercial Use] fee. Remember you still need to mention me as the Lineart artist.
4. Is there any penalty if I ignore the agreement, I already paid >:) ?
Yes, there is a penalty, it can range from light warning, reported, or even blacklisted. Please be aware I may share your personal information to my artist network / social media as shady / blacklisted customers on any platforms. So please respect the agreement. I'm open to negotiate.
