» Agreement:
a.) By placing an order, you agree to have read and is in compliance with my Terms and Service.

» Copyright
1. I, the artist, have the full right to the artwork therefore I am allowed to use it for:
a.) Promotional Material.
b.) Portfolios.
c.) Social Media Posts.
However, I am not allowed to:
a.) Sell the artwork to another individual/company (i.e. Merch, Prints, etc).
b.) Claim the character(s) in the artwork to be mine.

1. You, the client, only have the right to the character(s) therefore you are only allowed to:
   a.) Use the artwork for personal use (i.e. Reference).
   b.) Share it on your social media(s).
   However, you are not allowed to:
   a.) Sell the artwork to another individual/company (i.e. Merch, Prints, etc) unless the commission was for commercial use .
   b.) Edit & Redistribute it to another individual/company (i.e. animations, recolouring, etc) without prior notice.

2. If you, the client, ordered an artwork that contains canon characters of an established game, series, etc., you are responsible for any copyright issue that may come across.

3. If you are willing to buy my art for commercial use, the total price would be +150% (of the price depending on the style).

1. What I can only draw are:
a.) Anime-style
b.) Original Characters
c.) Canon/Fanart Characters
d.) Furries (beginning)

1. What I can't draw are:
   a.) Too much dynamic pose/s
   b.) Mech/Robots/Armors(unless it is simple)
   c.)Realism

2. Can but...:
   a.) R-18 (I am not yet legally 18)

With the order form on no.4, include your paypal email.

1. I can accept or decline your request.

2. Confirmation will be asked at first. I will be starting the concept sketch once you have paid 50% or 100% of the price. After sending the concept sketch, state some points you would like to change (1-2 changes only).

3. Order Form:
   a.) Commission Type: (Check Commission Sheet)
   b.) Reference: (Photos of your Character)
   c.) Character Pose: (Pose,Emotion/Gesture)
   d.) Background: (Photo or description of a background)

» Payment & Refund
1. Payment is made depending on what I have already finished on
a.) BEFORE Concept Sketch - 50%
b.) Finished Product - 100%
You may also pay in full at first.
2. No refund will be given after payment or even after cancellation.
3. Full refund will be given if I am unable to finish your commission.
4. Additional payment will be added on
a.)Background (depending on complexity)

» Delivery
1. Commission will be finished within 1 week.
2. Progress will be sent from time to time if I can.
