STRAWBERRY MILK TEA

Hi, I'm pretty much okay with requests. But if you'd like to commission me, it means you agree to me T&Cs as an artist.

1. The illustration will be in my own unique style and how I would draw a character. If you'd like to emulate a certain artist's style, please commission that artist. If you would like realism, or a highly technical photograph-like artwork, I will not be accepting the commission.

2. My commission rates are for manga/anime style ONLY. My rates for venisseart are different and are not included in the range of provided services if you commission me here or on twitter.

3. Please allow 7 days for my INITIAL e-mail. I try my best to not keep my clients waiting. My maximum working time would be 3 weeks (21 days).

4. FULL Payment will be requested once the initial ROUGH Sketch has been approved by you (the client). I will only start finalising the sketch, once you(the client) have settled the paypal invoice I will be sending via e-mail.

5. For security and organisation, I would be sending the client a paypal invoice with the details of the commission, agreed eta and price. Please DO NOT send me money without this invoice. If you make a mistake and do so, I will not be liable to transfer fees back to your account. Meaning, you will NOT get your full money back if you send me money first. Thanks for understanding.

6. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGE - Please bear in mind that we artists are living human beings in society with bills to pay. If we spend time working on your illustration (that you APPROVED BEFORE PAYING), please know that we are entitled to be compensated for the time we put into it. If you, the client, decide halfway through that you don't want the illustration anymore, you can let me know. But I will not be refunding your money back. Let's be professional. Work is work.

7. Please make sure that you APPROVE my initial sketch before paying and confirming that I am okay to proceed and finalise the illustration. Agreeing, and settling payment means that you understand the sketch and you agree to it.

8. You can commission me as a present for someone else, granted that you (the client), will be the one paying for the illustration.

9. I will be updating you throughout the process of finalising your illustration. Please avoid contacting/messaging/spamming me on social media (DMs especially) asking where is your illustration. For security and organisation, we will deal with commission details, agreements, payment instructions via E-MAIL.

Of course you can DM me, but I would prefer it that we discuss official commission details via e-mail. I hope you understand.
