Payments are in advance. If half or full payment is not made, I do not start the job.

If the payment is up to half, I only send the sketch, not the outline to continue.

I always send a list of things I need clients to answer so I have a good idea of what they want.

I only allow changes during the sketch, once outlined
I do not allow more changes (however I can add things if you want, applying a small increase depending on what you want.)

the work can take days or a week to be completed, any inconvenience I will be notifying by mail, or notes. (Please do not send mass emails asking me if it is done.)
