I have the right to decline your commission
I reserve the right to the image, which means:
You can not alter or recolor my work
You can not repost my artwork without permission and proper crediting
You can not resell my artwork
You can not use for commercial use unless given prior consent. ( Based on arrangements )
I can post all commission work on my other websites. You have the right to ask me not to do it when asking the commission.
I’ll start the commission when I receive the payment, but DON’T PAY ME UNTIL I TELL YOU THAT I HAVE ACCEPTED THE COMMISSION
I will send you a sketch after the payment, as well as the process to make sure that everything is ok
Commissioner can request WiP at any part of the process.
Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.
Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
Commissioners will receive the full-sized drawing, but cannot post it publicly.
The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints).
The commissions are refundable. You can e-mail me if you wish to refund. However, once the piece is finished, refunds are not allowed.
Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.
