COLORED HALF BODY

1. I will do original characters (OC) and fan art of existing characters. Please include reference* for OC or if the fanart is for a character I'm not familiar with.

2. I will not draw : yaoi, yuri, hentai, gore, mecha, furry, complex background / pose. All artwork is SFW only, a little bit skin showing is still okay as long it doesn't cross to NSFW.

3. I reserve the right to decline your commission if it's more than my skills can do or if the commission demands me to draw something I'm uncomfortable with.

4. Once payment is done, you will receive the sketch. Revision can only be done during sketch stage. Once it gets to lineart or colored stage, no revision will be accepted unless it is a minor revision.

5. The final artwork will be digital image only. You will receive two version : one without watermark for personal keep and one with my usual watermark & client's name for posting on social media.

*For reference : please include as much detail as possible to make sure the final arwork will be accurate as you requested (ex: pose, color pallete, etc). Any things not included in reference, I will do the decision on my own.

Terms of Usage

1. The commissioned art is for personal use only (ex: for social media icon / header, printing for yourself (no profit), gift). No monetizing / re-selling / commercial use.

2. You are not allowed to claim to be the artist of the art.

3. Only the client & me as the artist have the right to post the art on social media unless for certain circumstances. Client may contact me to if there's unauthorized re-post for take down report.

4. As the artist, I reserve the full copyright and rights to use the image for myself in galleries and/or in my portfolio.
