Hello! This is my Term of Service! Please read this~

1. Processing Work Time

It usually take around 1-3 weeks to finish some commissions at the same time. Since I’m jobless right now, I can use my time to work on your commission request, so I can try my best to finish yours as soon as possible. And of course you can ask me to show you the commission progress if you want!

1. Payment

Payments are to be sent through Paypal. I must get your full payment upfront.

1. Refunds

Refunds are generally NOT accepted when I have STARTED or FINISHED the artwork. This is mostly to avoid wasting my time on an artwork that may be cancel midway.
The only time I accept refunds is when I have not started on your commission OR I have decided to cancel the commission myself (In which, I'll return the money on my own accord along with an explanation).

1. My Rights as an Artist

-Please understand that I do have the right to deny orders that I cannot do.
-Please do not edit/claim/trace/resell/etc. any of my art and commissions.
-You can reupload your commission work in any sites you want, but please CREDIT ME as the artist who made it. And I suggest you to use the low-res and watermarked version of it. This is to prevent any bad actions such as; thievery, scam, etc.
-If you use my art, please credit me.
-Everything ordered MUST be NONcommercial. It is for PERSONAL USE only.

1. What I can do and cannot do

   CAN DO:

• Human and Simple Anthro
• Kemonomimi (animal-eared + tailed character)
• Gijinka / Humanized
• Fanart & OC
• Hetero, Shou(nen/jou)-Ai, Yaoi/Yuri
• OC/OC, Canon/OC, Canon/Canon, crossover pairing
• Simple BG
• Semi-nudity (I can draw boobs, penises and booties, but I can't draw vaginaynay tho)

CAN'T DO:
• Complicated Anthro
• Complicated design
• Mecha
• Armor & Weapon
• Too Much Bara (I can do muscle, seriously. But I can't draw Bara as we talked about Dragon Ball muscle, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure muscle, or the way these artist--Gesuido Megane-sensei, Chobikuma-sensei, etc--draw muscles)
• R-18 (this is for YCH ONLY)
• Old People
• Detailed BG
• Feral/Furry
• Animals / Monsters / MLP / Canine / Feline / Pokemon / Digimon / Beast / Non-humanoid
