You as the commissioner:
1. May upload work done for you anywhere with due credit to me.
2. May edit my work without permission for any non-commercial purposes.
3. May not reproduce the image on merchandise or make prints of my work for the purpose of selling it.
4. If you are reselling a character depicted in an image made for you, then the buyer may only purchase the reposting rights to the image. I still retain all copyright.

Me as the artist:

I retain the right to display any commissioned artwork online as advertisement, but you will be credited as the commissioner.
I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for self promotion.
All prices are personal and private art commission, not commercial and no copyright transfer involved. I have the copyrights of the arts to put them as my portfolio in galleries, websites, etc as the characters are copyrighted by their respective owners.
Payments:

Just love Artists&Clients! It escrowed payments and save our time a lot.

Pricing:

All prices are non-negotiable.
I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.
The rates listed here are for commissions for personal use only; commissions for commercial use are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and have different rules and rates.
Commission:

Max file resolution: A4 300dpi in JPG.
Estimation work time is varied, depending on the difficulty. For commission with background may require more time to finish.
Revision is maximum 2 times at sketch phase. I only accept minor revision on the finished phase.
Never remove the signature and give me credit about the work creative creation.
