Terms and Conditions for Digital Art Illustration Freelance Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of freelance digital art illustration services provided by Niko Angelo Fernando. By commissioning or purchasing Services, the client agrees to abide by these terms.
Services Offered
The Artist provides digital art illustrations, including but not limited to character design, concept art, and custom illustrations, as agreed upon in the project proposal.
Commission Process
Inquiry and Quotation: The Client must provide details of the requested artwork. The Artist will provide a quotation based on the complexity and scope of the project.
Agreement: Both parties must agree on the scope, deadlines, and cost before the project begins.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of [percentage]% of the total cost is required upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Usage Rights and Ownership
Copyright: The Artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it in portfolios and social media.
Client Usage: The Client receives a license to use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon in the project proposal.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third parties.
Cancellation and Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the Client cancels the project after the initial deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
Artist-Initiated Cancellation: If the Artist cancels the project, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
The Artist is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of the artwork. The maximum liability of the Artist is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended by the Artist at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will apply to future projects.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines.
Agreement
By commissioning or purchasing Services from the Artist, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

They finished the art within a few days, and did an incredible job on it. Not only will they make sure the work is perfect, they truly will work beside you all the way through to make sure your vision is perfectly etched upon their screen. They update frequently, and even despite having setbacks of their own they were insistent on finishing the piece. Truly the best artist there is out here.
