By commissioning me, you agree to adhere and abide by my rules listed below. Should you decide to disregard my rules, your commission will be forfeit and you will be refunded (if work has already been started/completed, you will only receive a 50% refund)

1) I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter. I also reserve the right to cancel your commission and refund you if I am no longer comfortable working on it.

2) Please do not add me on any IM handles for business dealings. Those are for social dealings and not business ones. Trying to place an order through an IM will be politely directed to my email instead, so both parties have a better record of communication.

3) I do not begin working until I have been paid, preferably in full. If you are only able to pay half up front, please contact me and I will adjust your invoice accordingly. You will not receive the final image until you have paid me in full.

4) Provide as much detail as possible, and as many references as possible when commissioning me. I will provide WIPs upon request. If you do not ask me to change things you see in the WIP stages, I will not redraw an entire piece for you. If things need to be changed in the final commission (such as adding/changing markings), I will do up to 2 alterations before I will have to charge for my time.

5) By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I have a specific style in how I draw certain parts of anatomy. If you do not like the fact that I draw long legs and limbs, and smaller-sized bodies, do not commission me.

6) If you wish to repost your commission online, that is fine so long as you link back to my handle (tumblr, twitter, FA, instagram, etc). You do not have to link to all of them.

7) I retain ownership of the artwork itself, not of the character. If you wish to reprint said art/commission for commercial use, you will have to buy commercial rights to the artwork.
