Client's Notes and Terms:
When I commission and purchase your art, I may reproduce/publish it in electronic ebook, printed book, or future promotional materials (ex: website) for the science fiction series I am creating that will be available for sale.
I will work with you to give you proper named credit (with your permission) to your artwork in my publications where appropriate and feasible.

The Client (Collector) Terms are:
The Project: Collector is commissioning a series of electronic graphic art created by the Artist. Subject matter is for graphic illustrations to complement science fiction stories which may contain but not limited to adult, nude, erotica, and subjects appropriate for mature audiences.
Copyright: Collector reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by Collector that are created by the Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No work may be reproduced by Artist without the prior written approval of Collector.
OWNERSHIP: Upon final payment for the Work, the Purchaser becomes the legal owner of the Work with all rights and privileges.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS: Collector retains all copyright rights and rights to reproduce the Work in all forms.
EXPIRATION: This contract binds the parties, their heirs and all their successors in interest, and all Purchaser's obligations are attached to the Work and go with ownership of the Work, all for the life of The Collector and Collector's surviving spouse plus 21 years.
ATTORNEY'S FEES: In any proceeding to enforce any part of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any available remedy.
PAYMENT: After the agreed amount payment for commission, collector will not pay any additional royalties or commissions for the reproduction of the commissioned art.
