I require a full description to be discussed prior to the creation of any Art, whether it be conceptual or line art. I request the piece to be described as best as possible so I can have a clear idea of what you are asking of me.

This will be the work contract, with an estimated deadline for when it shall be completed.

If asked for progress on works, I would prefer to not show unfinished work as an end point is never clear and I may restart the work so long as I stay within a deadline.

If the Client requests any changes to the work after its begun, the Client must pay a $10 fee for each iteration for changing what was discussed on the work contract. Finally, if work requirements are changed after starting the piece, the deadline will be changed accordingly.

I've simply worked too many commissions where the person requesting progress reports changed the work load, adding various things not discussed initially.
