I will model the prop according to the desired specifications, the price may vary in complexity.
This is for a Single, non-rigged, prop. I will require a reference image or description and I request to know what the prop will be used for, this will determine the file format I provide.
Usually, I can provide the file as a .obj or .fbx easily. Those are more commonly used in video games and will handle material information correctly.
I also request a vertex/face/triangle budget you would like for me to stay within. And iif the item needs baked normals, specific UV Mapping or other baked texture maps.
