character design usually doesn't take 4 days but can depending on how long it takes to get the perfect character down pat.
Ref sheets usually take about 2-3 days.
All ref sheets are flat colored and 4 angle. Front, back, side and offset.
MLP inspired characters can be anthro, semi anthro (like mine pictured in the example pic) or feral.
You can have NSFW and SFW versions of the ref if you wish!
