Usage: You agree that the artist’s artwork are for your personal use only. Commercial use, trading, charity projects, and/or any forms of profiting from the art piece or publishing for reasons other than personal use is strictly not allowed. In case of transferring ownership (gifting, etc.), please inform the artist beforehand.

Crediting & Display: You agree that that Artist’s signature will never be tampered. The Artist has the right but limited only to displaying the piece on his/her portfolio, social media, etc. The artist will not claim the character design as his/her own and the buyer as well, will not claim the art as his/her own work. Other than the artist and buyer, anyone else who have saved the artwork but doesn’t have artist’s permission to use the art is considered thievery. The buyer may resize the art but avoid editing and tracing.

Delivery: You agree that the finished artwork will be delivered digitally, no physical version of the artwork is shipped and it’s your responsibility to store it properly. The artist cannot guarantee that the original file will always be available.

Revision: You agree to grant the artist “Artistic Freedom” but you are still given one revision chance during the sketching phase, and one chance during the line-art phase. Slight tweaks on the final art piece is accepted but any major revisions will be considered as a new order.

Turnaround Time: The artist will regularly send updates until the artwork has been completed. If the Buyer fail to reply promptly, it is not the artist’s fault if the commissioned piece takes longer than as promised. In case of rushed orders, inform the artist beforehand.

Refund Policy: If the artist fails to show progress within a reasonable time frame, you are granted the right to request a full refund. The artist reserves the right to cancel any order, under condition of a full refund. Being rude or disrespectful will result to permanent ban and cancellation (no refund).
