The client will get a full body colored regular chibi.
The difference between a mini chibi and a regula chibi is that a regular chibi is more detailed in coloring and lining. In addition, the size of the chibi is taller (i.e. 3 - 4 heads tall instead of about 2). The cging will be in my regular style unless requested otherwise (i.e. painterly).
