for 40 dollars u cant go wrong with shiromashiro97 this person can make legit art. proportionate face yes proportionate body yes eye axis size transformation yes hair style reference match yes clothing shading yes basic shadows yes expression match yes u cant go wrong!! try the shriomashiro97 experience~ prob only thing i can think of improve is basic art technique like shadow, folding, elements of detail but they got their foundations correct!!!!!! yayy
