I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide neat references.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
II. PROCESS
Work In Progress will be given at the end of each stages of commission (rough sketch, clean sketch, inking, toning/dialogue)
I will only move to the next step after the client has given confirmation to move ahead after reviewing the material.
Commissions will take up to 3 days to produce on average. However commissions can take longer depending on a few situations:
Unforeseen situations (Technical difficulties or emergencies)
The client has changed course in what he or she wants after Inking or Coloring (they will need to add an extra for large changes through the tip function if necessary)
III. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 30% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

Their sense of work ethic and communication is incredible. Throughout the process, I was updated regularly and had clear information. Silva really captured the character I wanted to bring to life and the amount of details that went into her outfit and expression were high quality. They understood right away the story I wanted to tell!
The artwork was also completed really fast, and I am impressed by how fast it actually went compared to the amount of details put into the pages.
I am really happy with this experience, I would definately recommend Silva to everyone!

I commissioned Silva Sphinx for a complex, extensive and detailed series of comic pages. It's been at least a month, perhaps more since we started. Every step of the process, from concept to finished product, this artist was a joy to work with. Fast too! If delays cropped up, there was notification, if I needed something changed (within reason) there was no objection, and the final product itself was consistently professional, polished, and showed obvious pride in the art. I will absolutely commission him again, and advise that you consider doing so as well. 10/10.
