My IRL JOB/LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT. At any given time if I feel like I cannot do your commission, I have the right to cancel. If money has been paid, a refund will be issued based on if it has been started. If it has not been started, a full refund will be given. If say I have started a sketch, I will only keep a portion equal to the price of a sketch, etc. There is a reason why I don’t want payments until a sketch is done because things might get in the way. I hate that I even have to state this but recently a commissioner has been slightly rude. I can give estimates on completion time but at any given time that can change (again see above). I will provide updates as I can. Consistently asking me for an update every day however will annoy me and most likely end up with me cancelling the commission and issuing a partial refund depending on how much I have completed.
Rules:
Inquire about certain fetishes. I’m open to most things in regards to drawing.
If what you are commissioning isn’t fetish/porn related, I am no doubt quite open to it.
Follow the guidelines when you are wanting to commission me. Read ALL rules.
You MAY repost my art as long as you leave my signature/watermark and note/link me in the description. (Links to my galleries can be given upon request. You may also link back to my tumblr).
I have the right to upload art that I do. Even if you have commissioned it, I still own that right to post it on my account. If you have a request - such as waiting (like for a surprise for someone) I am down to it. But it will be uploaded eventually.
Please do not alter, edit or change the images unless you get permission from me first. If you wish to have a sketch inked, or an ink colored, or a flat color added to a background..you must speak with me first as well as the artist you wish to do so for you. No monetary gain shall be made from that from someone who did not complete the original, sorry.
Do not sell or redistribute any images you have gotten from me.
During each stage I allow no more than TWO revisions - unless I have made a major design conflict in the character (forgetting a marking, etc). Make sure that when asking for a revision you include EVERYTHING that may or may not need to be fixed and I will do my best to do so.
8a) ONCE THE COMMISSION REACHES FINAL STAGES: You are still given your two final revisions. However, during this final stage - NO REFUND will be given. During this part of the process I have already spent time and effort into completing your commission. By commissioning me, you will automatically agree to my TOS. If you try to dispute this through paypal, I will show them this TOS. Unfortunately, recent events has made it to where I have to include this.
Please do not beg me to do free commissions, freebies, or free upgrades. Also please do not beg me to give you a discount. It will not happen. The only time this may occur (regarding discounts) is when I personally hold a sale or special.
Regarding trades and Requests…keep an eye out on the ‘queue’ for when spots are open. Requests are normally closed unless I am streaming.
Please do not ask me constantly how your commission is doing. It’ll wear me down and get me frustrated and I could cancel the commission.
Payment will be done after a base sketch has been approved. The base sketch will not have any major details of your character in case final payment is not received.
Do not send payment until we have agreed on the commission via notes.
As of right now, I will no longer accept payments from minors using paypal. For now, the only payments I will accept from minors and ONLY for certain commissions (obviously all would be SFW and certain things) must be in person and in cash. This is to avoid issues of minors potentially not having permission to use online sales. If I feel uneasy with a transaction I have the right to refuse services to anyone, including minors.
Main things I will not Do:
(May be added to. I can’t think of everything but as they come up, I’ll list them here.)
EXTREME mutation/growth/disfigurement. Wether porn or not, will not do it.
Micro/Macro
Vore/Impending vore. (This goes into the micro/macro thing. Ex: Giant fur accidentally eating smaller fur on a sandwhich.) No watersports, gore, etc.
Regarding things I’m not that great at doing::
NEW/ORIGINAL SPECIES: Example: Various Angel dragons, Protogens, etc
Going off strict text descriptions. This in itself has become rather tiresome. I recently took on a commission - and was warned it is a complex character - and it isn’t the commissioner’s fault that there was so much confusion. IF I have to go based off text, please please please please PLEASE be specific. I mean, specific to EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. Like, how many scales. How many feathers. How many, etc…LOCATIONS of things. Be specific when it comes to something connecting from point A to point B. If it means having to doodle something in ms paint to get the point across, PLEASE DO SO. And make sure to be very expressive about it. This is why I say actual pictures are great when it comes to drawing someone’s character. ESPECIALLY for a reference sheet. Also, colors…go into MS paint and give me something to work with and not have me guess on actual colors. Again, be as SPECIFIC as you can, otherwise it’ll take me weeks to complete with emails going back and forth with millions of corrections being done and it taking close to two months to being completed due to confusion. TEXT ONLY DESCRIPTIONS MAY ADD A COMPLEXITY FEE TO YOUR COMMISSION PRICE.
Real life likes to punch me in the face sometimes. Other times I get hit with a mass art block. Please be patient with me. Here’s how it is with me, and MOST artists. If I have an art block towards your commission, I can’t help it. It means I don’t want to force myself to create something that won’t look right. Therefore, I may take on a few side things to break myself of that block. I’ll do doodles. Adoptables, personal art, stuff like that. It doesn’t mean I’m going to ignore your commission..it just means I’m trying to get to it without making it look like crap. This also goes into the idea of warming up - often times before working on a commission I will do random doodles or small things in order to loosen up. It’s something I have always practiced and something my teachers have taught me as well.
I may tell you an estimated time for it to be done - but in some cases, with overly complex characters, text descriptions, or other things getting in the way, it may not always end up being done in my estimated time. It’s an estimate. Please don’t reem at me if it comes down to it.
