-Acceptable and Non-Acceptable
I will accept any commissions as long as it does not depict any sexual situations, violence, and hate. I won't accept any furry/nsfw/mecha commissions. If you aren't sure about your idea, please leave a private message/email me: zachrizcain@gmail.com
I won't accept any commissions that are for commercial use. I won't also accept any OC commissions that I must do from scratch. I won't accept any commissions with quick deadlines! All my commissions are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVEwhich applies to all available commission slots.
-Art Render/Style
I will create slots for different styles I could do. I will only render your commissions depending on what category(lineart, colored sketch, digital painting) you commissioned me for.
-Beginning and Completion of Commission Work
I will only start working on the commission once the job is paid. A&C uses escrow system for the payment therefore, the artist will not receive the payment until the job is marked as completed. At the same time, the client will not get the non-watermarked images until the job is marked completed.
-Quality
The client may give specific preferences such as image size, resolution, and file format. I will make sure that all commissions are of high quality regardless of the size.
Drawing Stages:
1. Sketch
2. Lineart
3. Color - Flats
4. Color - Shading
5. Final artwork
Revision Policy
MAJOR revisions (character appearance, textures, perspective and angle changes) are NOT to be accepted AFTER stage 3.
MINOR revisions are accepted AFTER stage 3. minor revisions are slight changes in pose (finger pose, hand gesture), slight change in expression (smile, eyes), slight change in items placement (slight tweaks, rotation, scale). only up to 3 revisions will be accepted.
AFTER stage 4, no more minor revisions will be accepted aside from overall lighting and color adjustments (See drawing stages above)
please contact me right away if you have any revisions. provision of reference images and frequent communication will help prevent any major revisions. please also be sure on confirming the drawing every after each stage.

I will update the client every after drawing stage I am done with for confirmation.

-Pricing
Prices are negotiable depending on the complexity of the commission.
Set prices in the job slots are base prices. Additional character, background complexity have additional prices.
-Refund Policy
I can cancel any paid commission for whatever reason I may have. The site has its automatic refunding mechanism that will refund the money to the client in 7 days time.
In the case that I couldn't reach the client for a couple of days without prior notice, I will cancel the commission and submit a protest for the refund for the work I have done so far.

-Artist's Rights
I retain full rights to all of my work.
I will post any commissioned work on my social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram unless the client requests to keep the commissioned work private.
-Client's Rights
The client retains the rights to the characters depicted, if applicable. The client has the right to make MINOR edits (filters, brightness/contrast adjustments) to the work they commissioned and to post it in any of their social media accounts PROVIDED THAT they will give proper credit (name+tag/link back to original post, if applicable) to the artist.

The client has the right to make prints for personal use but not for resale or commercial use. They do not have the right to sell the work under any circumstances.
