What an amazing artist. You give her the references, and she paints you the perfect picture. Thank you again.
A spectacular person to work with - whilst I had no real criticism to offer during the process, the artist adhered to the tweaks I asked for marvellously and I'd never could of asked for a better commission with that price. It was well worth it and I wholly endorse the artist.
The artist was very pleasant to work with and did so willingly. I will commission from Ultema in the future as well.

Check out this TUMBLR LINK for a post (By someone who isn't me :D; ) on tips for commissioning!
Payment is expected after the sketch phase due to issues with certain clients disappearing after 95% of the work is done. I know this feels problematic to people, but there are more safeguards in place for the buyer than for the artist.
You are always welcome AND ENCOURAGED to inquire on the status of your commission. I do my best to be in contact at very least within the same day, if not within hours of a message.
Characters belong to their respective owners, but artwork belongs to me, and may not be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
I reserve the right to use commission images as examples of my work in my gallery and on my website with proper character ownership credited (this means you!)
During sketch phase is where corrections in composition need to be discussed. I will make no changes to composition post-sketch phase.
I typically take weekends off.
REFERENCE IMAGES! This is a broad category. Bits and pieces you took inspiration from on people, be they real life photographs or other drawings, 3d models, whatever. A color key is extremely helpful for things like skin, eye color and hair, even if you don't draw.
Be as descriptive as possible Stay away from using blanket statements such as " he/she is beautiful". Try to refrain from flowery descriptions. Give me the bare-bones basics of what colors, shapes and the looks are.
Include all the details of your character if they are relevant to what you want drawn. If you include height and weight, also include body build; are they a certain height and weight that's mostly muscle? Mostly fat? Somewhere in between? Since I tend to try to vary my character's facial features to make them more like people, including things like size and shape of eyes nose and mouth, and thickness of eyebrows would be preferable.
A description of their personality is key for an image that "describes" the character. Try to include the most prominent parts of their personality, as adding all the little nuances without defining them as such can lead to confusion.
Some of their interests or occupations. This can help to make a more interesting character image if you don't specify exactly what you want.
