I reserve the right to decline your commission based on complexity/subject matter. If I have to cancel the commission once payment has been made, I will refund you for the full amount. In the event of a delay, I will let you know via message as promptly as I can but you are welcome to send a message to me as well for follow-up.
You will receive a digital image only. A hard copy is not included.
One complete redraw is allowed at the sketch stage. Once the art is completely finished (lineart finished, coloured), I will not completely redraw it for any reason. Small changes like tweaking colours are allowed.
References should be as detailed as possible to make sure that the final result will be accurate to what you want. Please include any and all colour palettes as I will not make up colours for you. You may also choose to make requests on expressions or poses if you'd like, otherwise I will make the decision.
All bust and up commissions do not include arms, hands or any accessories below that point.

You may not claim to be the artist of the image.
As the artist, I reserve the rights to use the image for myself in galleries and/or in my portfolio.

Eture took an existing character concept for a headshot/bust character portrait and contributed extra details which, in my mind, became central to the character’s design and expression. Their style is beautiful and consistent, they kept me up to date on every stage of the creation process and was friendly and professional.
