References, A general idea of what you want and patience
What I'll give you in exchange :
The PSD file and the PNG file/any requested file format
I will draw your requested character within a week or so, I will start after we have agreed on what the character is going to do, colors, picture resolution and payment
I will show you the sketches and we will go forward with what you have agreed is the favorable sketch
I will start doing Line art and it might take around 1-2 days based on complexity and the time I have at hand
I will deliver your art in a maximum of 10 days
I will send you the product after it has been done
