References, A general idea of what you want and patience

The PSD file and the PNG file
I will draw your requested character within a week or so, I will start after we have agreed on what the character is going to do, colors, picture resolution and payment
I will show you the sketches and we will go forward with what you have agreed is the favorable sketch
I will start doing Line art and it might take around 2-3 days based on complexity and the time I have at hand
I will deliver your art in a maximum of 7 days
I will send you the finished Line art after it has been done
