please read before commissioning
I. GENERAL TERMS
Please be kind and be able to communicate with me.
I will be taking only references in the form of images unless stated otherwise.
Character designing based on a text-only description will be charged extra for visual design (not available at the moment).
I have a right to decline or cancel any commission that does not follow these terms.
II. PAYMENT
SKETCH commissions require full payment upfront
All other commissions require 50% of the final price paid upfront as a deposit, and remaining the 50% paid after approval of the WIP.
I am accepting payment only through Paypal at the moment. But feel free to suggest other methods that I can keep in mind.
I will refund only in specific situations.
I will not refund completed commissions.
III. PROCESS
SKETCH commission WIPs will not be available.
After receiving the deposit, I will work on your commission.
I will send you the sketch/WIPs with a large watermark for your approval, during which you can ask for adjustments, etc.
After the Work In Progress is approved by you, I will ask for the remaining payment.
Once I receive the final payment I will work to complete your commission.
The time to complete your commission can take up to 6 weeks depending on many factors.
In the event that I am unable to complete your work within this time, I will notify you ASAP.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will try anything I can to ensure customer satisfaction.
However, after a WIP has been approved/commission is complete, only minor adjustments can be made.
Anything that requires me to redraw or drastically change the final piece may be subject to extra fees.
