EMERGENCY SKETCH HEADSHOT COMMISSION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read the entire terms and conditions carefully before contacting me.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

— You are only purchasing the digital file (.png), not the printed work, or file (.sai)

— The commercial use of any of my works is negotiable, but the issue should always be discussed in advance.

— You can request WIPs as long as it is not excessive.

— Minor touch-ups will be completely free.

— Consider that some colors of the character's palette may look slightly different due to the shadow and lighting effects implemented. All this so that they fit better with my coloring style.

— As an artist, I have the freedom to sign all my works.

—The base cost may vary depending on the level of complexity required.

— Absolutely all completed commissions will be published publicly on each of my pages. If for any reason you wish to keep your client alias or that of your OC anonymous, please let me know in advance.

— Drastic changes in the coloring phase will be charged an extra 5%.

— By asking me for a commission you are automatically accepting my terms and conditions with the commitment to comply with them as they dictate.

PERMISSIONS:

—As the artist, I have all rights reserved on the illustration.

—As a client you have permission to:
•Publish the commission to your networks by providing me with the corresponding credits. • Use the commission for personal purposes. • Use it as an avatar or decoration on any of your networks as long as it is for personal and non-profit use.

—As a client you do NOT have permission to:
• Modify the work for any reason. • Trace or take the illustration as a basis for tracing. • Use it for commercial purposes. • Delete my signature. • Claim the drawing as yours. —————————————————
PAYMENT PROCESS:

— Payment will be via PayPal
— Said payment will be made only in dollars (USD)
— I will only begin working on your order once I have received full payment.

Working speed:

— I promise to finish your order as quickly as possible, but please be patient.

— The approximate waiting time is 3 to 8 business days per illustration, however the time may be longer.

— Waiting time varies depending on the order.

— In the worst case, the maximum period that you can complete the order will be around 1 month.

—If I have other errands to do before yours, understand that I will need more time. I'll let you know in advance.

— I will inform you if anything happens that could delay the order.

— If you need the commission by a certain date, please let me know. I won't advance yours, but it will help me keep it in mind.

Returns:

— I can refund your full payment if I haven't started working on your order yet.

— You do not have the right to cancel or request a refund once payment has been received.
