TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Failing to acknowledge these rules will automatically void the transaction and result in immediate refund and possible blacklisting of future commission opportunities.

Commissioners Agree to the Following:
As the Artist, I remain all rights to the image - both Digitally and in Printed Format.
The commissioner will only receive a DIGITAL COPY of the artwork, no shipping will be involved. (Not regarding Traditional Pieces.)
- The client may request a Work In Progress (WIP) of their commission at any given time during the transaction.
- The client may request anonymity on their commission both on the queue and in gallery if desired.
- The client may post and host the artwork they commission wherever they see fit.
ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY
⭐⭐⭐Due to currently working a full time job on top of commissions, my wait time is about 3 weeks for any commission. When you purchase from me, you agree that you may end up waiting for this period of time. If there is anything out of the ordinary that comes up for me, I will contact the clients to ensure they know what is going on.⭐⭐⭐
PAYMENT
Payments are upfront unless otherwise stated. I will not start until I receive the full payment. I only accept Paypal Transactions.
- All payments are in USD.
- I have the right to recycle the sketch or progress on a canceled image.
- The commissioner is responsible for their own financial situation.
- I do not issue refunds for the commissioner's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations.
- Payment Time Limit - If I do not receive the payment within 24 hours, your slot will be given to the next interested client! Plan accordingly.
- Once your Commission is accepted, I will contact you requesting your PayPal address so an invoice can be issued.
- Prices listed are Base Prices, anything extra will increase the cost of the Commission.
- Examples of detailed characters include: wings, complicated markings, complicated outfits, etc.
- Detailed props such as instruments will also cost extra, but simpler ones will be free.
HOW TO COMMISSION ME
I post journals on Furaffinity, Deviantart and Twitter when I am accepting certain types of commissions.
Please read all details listed in the post, since there may be possible requirements to fill out!
Please don't take a slot if you aren't ready to pay, don't know what you want, or do not have references ready. Your commission will be void and your slot will be given up to the next interested client.
Once your commission is accepted, I will contact you requesting your Paypay address so an invoice can be issued.
BEFOPE the payment has been processed, have your reference material ready.
I prefer to work from visual references for my commissions. Visual references allow me to create a more accurate drawing of your character! If you give me a list of information of your character, that's fine! If I need more information, I'll let you know, but please give me as much information as you can (without giving me an essay!)
The client receives the full resolution at the end.
Major changes can only be made during the sketching-phase of the image.
