Remember:

I retain all rights to the drawing. By law I own the drawing by copyright, you own the character. Due to copyright I have the right to use any drawings I make of your character to display it in my gallery and use it it for the promotion/advertisement of my work.
As the Commissioner you have no right to edit, trace or recolor anything I create for you. You also may not reproduce the piece for your own profit.
As the Commissioner you (and individuals you approve) are the only other person besides myself allowed to repost/use the commissioned artwork. (With credit to me of course)Should you sell the character I drew then the art now belongs to them.
Should you be unhappy with a sketch I will redo it for free. However, I will only redraw a sketch once after the original. Please note that I have every right to refuse to redraw after a certain amount.
