By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. If there are any questions regarding these terms feel free to message me.
I. GENERAL TERMS
Please be clear with what you want.
I can refuse a commission for any reason without explanation.
My work schedule for commissions varies but I’ll mostly be working on them Friday through Sunday, these are my business days.
Commissions can be bought as a gift for someone else.
Provide accurate references. If not possible please be clear with descriptions of characters, give me the bare bones of them/what is important to be translated into the art.
Ill behavior and treatment towards the artist will cause a cancellation of your commission without a refund.
I work in my own style and my style alone. I will not accept a commission asking to draw in another artist’s style.
I prefer working with artistic liberty when it comes to content in the commission (Ex: “I want an action movie pose!”, “I want a cool vaporwave feel to the art!”, ”This commission is for my friend, here are our characters and I’d like the drawing to have some of our interests in it such as video games or cosplaying!”), though in cases where you want something specific be as clear as you can be.
II. PAYMENT
Commissions must be paid upfront, I’ll start working on them once I receive payment.
I accept PayPal and CashApp as payment options.
I will send you an invoice once you have given me your PayPal email or CashApp Username.
III. PROCESS
Work in progress shots can be provided to the commissioner during: the initial sketch, finished lineart, and flat color portions of the process.
I will provide a WIP for you to see if I’m wondering about a certain aspect of your piece and would like clarification.
Time for your commission to be completed varies heavily on the amount of time available outside my current job’s hours.
If any issues occur/there is a hiccup in the progress of your commission I will let you know ASAP.
Once a commission is finished only small changes will be allowed such as coloring and/or marking mistakes.
Any bigger changes will cost an additional $5. (Ex. Outfit changes, background change)
Any change that makes me have to redraw the commission completely will result in a larger fee.
IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
Display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it on my social media accounts/portfolio site.
The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
Taking credit for creating the art.
Removing my watermarks/signatures.
Altering the art in any way without my consent and/or knowledge.
V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I DO NOT do refunds unless I can’t finish your commission.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If the commission isn’t paid for within seven days of contacting me I will assume you don’t want your commission anymore.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and you will be put on a blacklist.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
