Terms of Service
1- Payment 100% upfront and via Paypal only
2- No refunds
3- The client will receive a hires 4k PNG image
4- I keep my signature in the commissioned artwork, that is not optional (unless it's commercial use)
5- I reserve the right to refuse orders if I feel to
6- I reserve the right to cancel your commission if you have been proved to be troublesome in any way
7- Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions, all of which are non-negotiable
8- Commissioner cannot post the fullsize drawing publicly
9- Commissioner can request WiP at any part of the process
10- Faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees
11- If the character has too many little/complex details (wings, complex accessories, tattoo etc.), I can ask for a higher price (additional +5-15$ depending on amount of details)
12- The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints)
13- I own the artwork, so I may do whatever I want with the art, like post it on other websites like my DA, Patreon page, Twitter or even make a speedpaint out of it
14- The price includes simple background (Flat and/or texture, simple decorative element). More complex background (interior, nature etc.): +10-15$ (depending on BG complexity)
15- There are two price tiers :
• 1x price, personnal use
• 2x price, commercial release (when the artwork is without signature or watermark) for promotional material, merchandise, posters, etc
*YouTube, Patreon and any ad-supported site count as commercial use (banner, avatar, using art in videos, etc)
