PAYMENT
USD primarily, via Paypal. For client who lives in Indonesia, you can message me to discuss about the payment.
All payment should be made through invoice method. I will invoice you. DO NOT send me any payment before I send you the invoice, it will be refunded.
Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD.
For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available. These will depend on the price and your circumstances.
You’ll receive a small resolution for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution only after final payment is made.
At least a partial payment is required within three days of your commission request being accepted.
Failure to do so will result in your request being dropped. If you need more time, let me know.
Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission. If not touched on refunds requested for longer than a month will only have a 75% return from the net received.
I do not accept payment from shared paypal accounts. (If you are a minor/use your parent's that is one thing, I do not however accept payments from people who share a paypal with several people, other clients/boyfriends/random strangers.)
Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.
CHARGEBACKS
If for some reason your PayPal account is not working, or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you, your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account, including side accounts. Absolutely do not ever issue a chargeback to my paypal. Doing so can compromise all of my family's finances, my paypal, my bank account, the failure of automatic bill payments, etc.
CHARGEBACKS ARE ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN.
If you absolutely need to cancel a project you MUST contact me for a refund. I repeat,
DO NOT EVER ISSUE A CHARGEBACK THROUGH PAYPAL!
