Dakimakura drawing is great, have perfected detail drawing of my character.
Gorgeous art, really truly, however the communication was very poor and changed many things I didn't ask for, as well as leaving a lot of spots uncolored that I had to fix myself. Also taking over a month to get the image to me when the time said only a few days.

Communication could have been better. There was a multi-week stretch where I didn't hear anything from them, but the job got done in the end and the quality was top notch.

Great detailed work, worth it
There is a language barrier if your primary language is English, as others have noted. They are willing to fix things if you're willing to go the extra mile to communicate. They are a fine artist and willing to work with you, but you need to be aware that you're working through the communication barrier that comes with different languages. If you can deal with that then they're a great artist, even higher quality than the examples honestly.
