90'S ANIME STYLE - HALF BODY

• MATERIAL NEEDED

For all my commissions I always need complete description or reference photos in high quality and good light conditions, so I can clearly see the facial features and expressions. I will also need the full description of what you want in your illustration or image/illustrations references.

• PAYMENT

For payments over $100, I accept 50% upfront, but will continue for the shading and finishing step (step 3) only after the other 50% of the payment. Payment only by Paypal.

• ESTIMATED DEADLINE

7 to 60 business days, depending on the complexity of your commissions and my current commissions queue.

• ESTIMATED SCHEDULE

Step 1. Sketches
Step 2. Lineart and flat colors
Step 3. Shading and adjustment
Step 4. Delivery (by email)

The time taken at each step depends on the complexity. It may take 2-10 days in one step, but the illustration will always be delivered within the estimated deadline

• REVISIONS

For illustrations under $80: 1 revision in the sketch
$85~$100: 2 revisions
Over $100: 3 revisions

• DELIVERY

The final illustration is delivered by email, in PNG and JPG, with 300 dpi resolution and color mode according to purpose (CMYK - Coated Fogra39 for printing or sRGB for web use).

• RIGHT OF USE

The illustration may be printed or used on social media only for personal use. Commercial use is not allowed.

• PRIVACY

Photos used as reference will be posted on the internet only with client permission, but the final artwork will be posted on my online portfolio and social media in posts or ads to share my work.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

• In case of portraits, I don't do full likeness, only represent the facial features and expressions so that resemble the reference photo

• I start the sketches only after the first payment

• I continue for the shading step (step 3) just after the second payment

• I need you to reply my emails as soon as possible

• Delay in approval/reply will increase the deadline

• Each revision may increase the deadline

• After started the sketch, there will be no refund of the payment made

• If the client takes more than 30 days to give a feedback or to reply my messages,it will be considered finished and there will be no refund of the payment made

• All my illustrations are signed

• I am not responsible for the color change in the print, as the illustration is already done in the proper color mode for printing
