FULL BODY PAINTING (REALISTIC STYLE)

*General
1.​By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service.
2.​I have the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not affect clients who have
agreed to previous terms.
3.​I have the right to refuse a commission.
4.​I have the right to cancel a commission. Payment will be refunded wholly or in part depending on the reason.

*Payment
1.​Payments are made through PayPal or bank transfer.
2.​Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.
3.​I do not start working until payment has been received for my own security.
4.I prefer to be paid upfront, though other installments can be discussed.
5. ​Clients get a full refund if:
• I cancel the commission for personal reasons.
• They cancel the commission before I started working.
If you are unsure about refunding, please send me a private message.

*Working method
1. ​With the exception of sketch commissions , unless otherwise specified by the client, I will always show the finished sketches to you and wait for approval before I continue to refine and/or color the work.
3. ​For full color realistic paintings, I will also send the rough colorblocked initial version for client approval before I continue the painting.
4.​With the exception of sketch commissions, I am always willing to make minor adjustments to the finished piece with no additional charge. There is a limit on this however and I have the right to stop working when I feel it is reached. I expect you to be reasonable in this aspect.
*Image Rights
1. ​By default, ​I retain full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish and repost my artwork. However, i will consult my client if they desire the art to be posted or not.
2. ​You have the right to repost my artwork. You may also use their commissioned image publicly for personal icons and/or banners without my written permission.
3.​You have the right to print the high resolution version of the artwork for private use.
4. You should never sell my artwork as prints or claim it as yours. Exceptions about selling my artwork apply, send me a message for further information.

*Deadlines
1. ​By default, I aim to complete my commissions within 3 weeks max , That of course may be slower or faster depending of the complexity of it, my waiting list and how busy i am, you may discuss that with me in a private message.
2. ​I have the right to prioritize my commissions based on set deadlines.
3. ​I have the right to refuse a deadline for a commission if it does not agree with my schedule.

• Artist’s notes
  1.​I am an adult individual and expect my clients to treat me as such, and I will treat them as
  equal.
  2.​I will not draw what I consider to be offensive or incites violence, but I will not judge my clients for their request, nor make public their beliefs or preferences.
