Ian seems to struggle with hair layering, at least when he starts getting more detailed. Other than that I'd say the final piece turned out very well.

Stated their limitations very early on and did an excellent job at following directions and their updates were done on a regular basis whenever a major change was involved... to which I mean about every 2 days. While the final product did take a bit longer than I would've liked or expected, as far as I could tell, they prioritized quality over speed, which is good. For anyone looking to commission them, be sure to provide for them a sketch of the storyboard. That seems to help a lot.

A very friendly and communicative artist. Offered suggestions for how to modify the commission requirements, and I ended up preferring all of the suggested changes over my original ideas. Provided frequent progress updates so that I had plenty of opportunity to provide feedback and request changes, and was very accommodating when I did ask for some changes.
