Price is per character.
Will provide you with a digital copy in high quality png or bmp (General resolution is about 900 x 900 pixels per chibi)
Simple background can be provided but I prefer to leave it white so you can use it however you like =3c
I will post up a watermarked version of the chibi on my deviantart (If you don't want me to post it up do let me know)
Please provide me with a reference picture or sufficient description about the character's look
I can also help you design a mascot character but this would be more expensive based on time cost and number of revision made.
