~Xena's Term of Service~
Please read my term of service before you sent me your order. I assumed you have read, understand, and accept it all when you place your order.
Ordering Stage:
Send me your request and provide me with references. I will start work after we have discussed before and you have pay in full. Please give me detailed references and what you want me to do before continued to the next step.
I will draw the rough sketch, based on the references you provide then show it to you. you could ask major revision it for 1 time and minor revision as much as i could provide for you.
After you agree with my sketch, i will proceed to coloring stage. Keep in mind, you are not allowed to revise the base sketch again.
I will make sure we have clear and agreement before I continue to this stage.
I will show you the colored sketch before finishing your order. You could ask me again for background revision ONLY.
I need at least 1 weeks or less to work on your order. Feel free to ask me about the progress but please be considered. If i can't make it up or something happened and i could not delivered your order on time, I will surely inform you.
Please feel free to tell me if you have a problem with my designs/ artworks. And any review or feedback would be very much appreciated.
All commission artwork will be included in my portfolio and i will post it in my personal art site by crediting you as the owner of character or by disclaimed it as my original character; unless you stated the otherwise. Please contact me if you wish to not post your commission in my art website.
